Kieran's prebuilt computer was working fine, he even upgraded the graphics card. When it suddenly kept rebooting during gameplay he was understandably distraught. Luckily, his mum Rebecca from Aldershot called us and booked the computer in for our free investigation. While investigating the issue or restarts we noticed that Kieran's set up is bottlenecked because the processor was underpowered for his new graphics card.
We suggested upgrading to a 10th generation Intel i3 processor with a new motherboard and memory to take full advantage of playing games on his GeForce GTX 1660 graphics card. We upgraded the power supply too.
